When braking, the third brake light on the Scion TC only shines in the middle section, leaving the rest of the lamp housing nonfunctional. The Meng Motorsports Third Brake Light kit is a fully solder-free kit and is designed to allow many customers to install it themselves. This high quality kit will allow the third brake light to fully shine throughout the lamp housing. Kit will included everything required for install except a sealant.
