Is a Paypal account required to checkout?
Not at all! A Paypal account is not required to purchase any product on our website. During the checkout process, on step four, Paypal will be the only payment option available, but we still accept credit cards. Just click accept, to finalize the checkout procedure. Upon completion of the last checkout step, you will be re-directed to a Paypal hosted payment page. There will then be an option that allows you to pay with any major credit card. We just use Paypal as our payment hosting solution, but having an actual paypal account is not required to checkout. We still accept all major credit cards with our highly safe and encrypted checkout solution.

How can I get a tracking number or status update of my order?
There are several ways to get a tracking number or status of your order. You can log-in to your free member account 24 hours a day 7 days a week which will show your order history and any updates available. Once your package is shipped, your order history will be updated with a tracking number. You can also check if a tracking number is available by inputting your order confirmation number in the "My Account" page. Please contact us if you still cannot find a tracking number. Keep in mind, once a order ships, we send out a shipment confirmation e-mail to each and every customer!

Is my personal information safe?
At Meng Motorsports, we understand how important personal information is. Our checkout and member registration pages are all secure against hackers. We will never share customer information with any third party or affiliates. In fact, Meng Motorsports only stores customer shipping addresses and contact information which is required to fill out orders. Meng Motorsports does not even store credit card numbers! We understand how important it is to keep financial information safe, so during checkouts, credit card numbers are not seen by Meng Motorsports employees. The credit card numbers are only used by our payment hosting solution and is never shown to Meng Motorsports employees. Rest assured, because your financial information will never be kept in our system.

Are there any hidden fees?
You will never be charged any hidden or extra fees! What ever price you see on the final checkout stage, will be the price you pay. In fact, to make life even easier, we only charge a flat $5.00 for shipping for any size order. No matter how big your order gets, shipping to anywhere in the United States will always just be $5.00. So just add $5.00 to your total item price and you will know your final price before even checking out! Tax will only be applied to California customers.

I found a lower price, but love your service, what can I do?
We understand that every dollar counts. So if you have found a lower advertised price for an item, please let us know! We will try our best to either match or even beat the competitors price. What's better than receiving friendly customer service with the best prices on products?

Do these products void my vehicles manufacturer warranty?
Adding aftermarket products will not void your vehicles manufacturer warranty! You have the right to personalize your vehicle while retaining your vehicles warranty. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty ¿ Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act of 1975 protects consumers from such fraudulent activity by new car dealers. Under this Act, aftermarket equipment that improves performance does not void a vehicle manufacturer¿s original warranty, unless the warranty clearly states the addition of aftermarket equipment automatically voids your vehicle¿s warranty or if it can be proven that the aftermarket device is the direct cause of the failure. The easiest way to check this is to look in your owner¿s manual under, ¿what is not covered¿. Under Magnusson-Moss Act a dealer must prove, not just vocalize, that aftermarket equipment caused the need for repairs before they can deny warranty coverage. If they cannot prove such a claim or offer an explanation, it is your legal right to demand compliance with the warranty. The Federal Trade Commission (202 326-3128) administers the Magnusson-Moss Act and monitors compliance with warranty law. Please contact your dealership for more information on this act.

Can I install these products myself?
Our catalog of products include items that range from simple to highly difficult installations. We will try our best to consult customers on how to install certain products, but please understand that certain products may not come with installation manuals. We are not liable for any damage caused from the result of installations. Customers must understand that basic knowledge of the product is required before attempting to install certain products. Please consider having certain products installed at professional facilities.

Do these products include any warranties?
Most products we sell include manufacturer warranties. Please contact the manufacturer to find out if any warranties are available. Meng Motorsports only warranties it's own line of products and not any other brands. Meng Motorsports HID kits include a two year warranty!

For HIDs, what are the differences between the slim and regular ballasts?
Our slim ballasts are less than half as thick as our regular heavy duty ballasts. These slim ballasts are ideal for customers whose main concern is to save space in the engine bay. The slim ballasts are very light and drastically thinner than our heavy duty ballasts, but still retain the same high quality digital specifications. However, since our heavy duty ballasts are thicker, there is more room for rubber injection and protection. Our slim ballasts are extremely reliable and high quality, but the heavy duty ballasts will ultimately be more durable.

I want an item that is not listed, what can I do?
Here at Meng Motorsports, we have thousands of brand new products in stock. Our online catalog does not show all the products we carry mainly because we just have so many products! If you are interested in an aftermarket product for your vehicle, but do not see it listed, then let us know! Chances are, we will have it in stock and will offer lower prices than anybody else. Send us an e-mail whenever you are interested in a part that is not listed.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?
Yes our shipping and handling cost is only $5.00, but that does not mean we take forever to ship! Shipping times vary per item, because not every item ships from one warehouse. HIDs and LEDS, for example will ship from the Meng Motorsports warehouse and will usually arrive within 5 days! Handling time is always one day. Other products from other manufacturers may take up to 7 days to arrive. So regardless of what you buy, your item will always arrive in a reasonable time frame. However, products that are not in stock may take longer to arrive.
