Privacy Policy:

We do not in anyway share your information with any other party. Payment information such as credit cards are not exposed to employees. All payments are safely sent through Paypal's PCI-Compliant secure servers. Only information given to Meng Motorsports employees are shipping addresses and contact information which will be shared only between Meng Motorsports and its warehouses. We use this information to ensure proper shipping addresses and contact info in case if any problems arise. We are fully committed to your privacy. Like most sites, cookies may be used in our store, but they are used solely for shopping cart purposes. Your shopping cart items may stay saved for several hours for your convenience.

Sales and Returns Policy:

All sales are final once processed. We only offer returns if there is a problem in product delivery, please notify us within five days if this happens, item must remain in original unopened packaging. Items that are received as ordered are unable for return. All items are brand new and leaves the warehouse in brand new condition unless otherwise stated. Please examine package upon arrival, if item is damaged, please notify carrier at time of delivery. Payment processing may take up to 2-3 days. Please notify us immediately if there are any mistakes in the order before payment has been fully processed. Once payment has been fully processed, item will be shipped same day if during business hours.

Pricing and Checkout Process:

Prices are subject to change without notice. A price is not guaranteed to remain the same. However, most prices will remain honored if order has already taken place. If any problems shall arise, customer will be contacted and a refund can be given. California tax will be charged on California customers, currently at 9.25%. Our checkout process consists of two different steps. Addresses and contact information will all be inputted in the Meng Motorsports website. The second and final step would be to complete the payment process that takes place on a secure Paypal website. All orders not funded will be considered incomplete and are subject to cancellation. All major credit cards are accepted as payment, a Paypal account is not required, it is only used as our payment processor. Please contact us if you have trouble with the payment process.

Warranty:

Meng Motorsports is not responsible for any warranties expressed. We do not warranty products from other manufacturers. Warranties are expressed solely by the manufacturer who offers it. Receipts should be kept in case if any problems arise. Meng Motorsports will only warranty its own brand LED bulbs and HID Kits.

Use of Products and Installation:

Most of our products may not be smog legal or street legal in most states and is recommended solely for off-road use only. Different states will have different street and smog laws. However, some parts may be legal but may not be smart. We do not promote the act of removing catalytic converters on daily driven vehicles. Although this may not be a problem in most states, it is a problem to the environment. We are not responsible for any damage done by the customer in any way. All items are left for shipment in brand new condition. Most items should be installed at a professional automobile facility to ensure proper installation.

Authority of Employees:

We strive for happy and satisfied customers, but we do not possess authority to purchase products for customers. We can only give advice and promote smart buying decisions. All purchases are at customers own risk and at their own discretion. Meng Motorsports is not liable for any damage done to customer or property.
